If you can't create or save invoices:
- Ensure all required fields are filled out
- Check that line items have valid prices
- Verify client information is complete
- Try refreshing the page
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
Calculation Errors
If totals or taxes are calculating incorrectly:
- Verify tax rates in settings
- Check for duplicate line items
- Ensure discounts are applied correctly
- Review rounding settings
- Check for negative quantities
- Recalculate by editing and saving
PDF Generation Issues
If invoice PDFs won't generate:
- Try generating again after a few moments
- Check that images aren't too large
- Remove special characters from descriptions
- Verify template isn't corrupted
- Try a different invoice template
- Contact support if persistent
Sending Errors
If invoices won't send to customers:
- Verify customer email address is correct
- Check email settings and configuration
- Ensure invoice is saved before sending
- Try downloading PDF and emailing manually
