Downloading the App
The ServTrackr mobile app is available for both iOS and Android:
- iOS: Download from the App Store (requires iOS 14+)
- Android: Download from Google Play (requires Android 8+)
Search for "ServTrackr" in your device's app store to find and install the app.
Logging In
Team members can log in using their ServTrackr credentials:
- Open the ServTrackr app
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Tap "Sign In"
If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted to verify your email or set up two-factor authentication.
App Permissions
The app requires certain permissions to function properly:
- Location: For routing, mileage tracking, and check-in/out
- Camera: For taking photos of job sites and equipment
- Notifications: For job alerts and updates
- Calendar: For viewing and managing your schedule
You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.
