Click the "Create New Widget" button.
Choose a Template
Select a pre-built template (e.g., "Basic Plumbing Booking") or start with a blank template to customize it. We recommend starting with a basic template first.

Within the widget, add the services you offer. Click on each service and then "Add Service" to add it. Ensure the correct service category is selected.
Configure the Form
Customize the form fields. For example, you might add a field for "Client Name" and "Contact Information." You can also set the widget's appearance – choose colors, fonts, and a background.
Save Your Widget
Click "Save" to finalize the widget creation. You'll receive a confirmation message once it's live.
Best Practices
- Keep it Simple: Don't overcomplicate the widget. Focus on essential information – services offered, pricing, and contact details.
- Mobile Optimization: Ensure the widget looks good and functions flawlessly on mobile devices. Test it on different screen sizes.
- Clear Call to Action: Include a prominent "Book Now" button.
- Test Thoroughly: Before launching, test the widget extensively – booking, filling out the form, and submitting.
- Regularly Review: Periodically review the widget's performance – are there any areas for improvement in terms of user experience?
Common Issues & Troubleshooting
- Widget Doesn't Display Correctly: If the widget isn't showing correctly, try refreshing the page. Also, clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Form Fields Not Submitting: Sometimes, there can be a slight delay in the submission. It's possible the widget is temporarily overloaded. Try refreshing the page again after a few minutes.
- Client Can't Find Services: Double-check that the services are correctly listed within the widget. Ensure the service categories are appropriate.
- Widget is Lagging: If the widget is slow, it might be a network issue. Check your internet connection.
- Error Message – "Invalid Input": If a client submits an error, it could be due to a typo in the form field. Carefully review the input. If the error persists, contact support.
