Best Practices

  • Keep it Concise: Don't overwhelm clients with excessive details. Focus on the essential information.
  • Use Clear Formatting: Ensure fonts and spacing are easy to read.
  • Include Your Logo: A small logo adds a professional touch.
  • Maintain Consistency: Use the same format for all your receipts – this builds brand recognition.
  • Regularly Review: Periodically review your templates to ensure they are still relevant and effective.

Common Issues & Troubleshooting

  • Template Not Displaying Correctly: If your template isn't showing properly, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
  • Fields Not Appearing: If a field is missing, double-check that you've correctly selected it during the template creation process.
  • Formatting Issues: If your formatting looks off, try adjusting the font size, color, or spacing.
  • Template Not Saving: If the template isn't saving, ensure you've clicked "Save" after making changes. Also, check your internet connection.
  • Client Uploading Incorrectly: If a client is uploading a document that doesn't follow your template, it might be causing issues. Ensure the client understands the requirements of the template.
