Limits by Plan
User limits vary by subscription plan:
- Starter: Up to 3 active users
- Growth: Up to 10 active users
- Professional: Up to 25 active users
- Enterprise: Unlimited users
Inactive or deactivated users don't count toward your limit.
Adding More Users
Options when you reach your user limit:
- Upgrade to a higher plan tier
- Purchase additional user seats (Growth and Professional plans)
- Deactivate unused user accounts
- Contact sales for custom enterprise pricing
User Types

- Full Users: Count toward limit - admins, managers, office staff
- Technicians: Count toward limit - field service users
- Client Portal Users: Don't count - unlimited
