Storage allocation by subscription tier:
- Starter: 10 GB storage
- Growth: 50 GB storage
- Professional: 200 GB storage
- Enterprise: 1 TB+ storage (customizable)
Additional storage can be purchased for $10/50GB/month.
Supported File Types
Upload these file types to ServTrackr:
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP (max 10MB each)
- Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX (max 25MB each)
- Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI (max 100MB each)
- Other: TXT, CSV, ZIP (max 50MB each)
Managing Storage
Optimize your storage usage:
- View storage usage in Settings → Storage
- Delete old or unnecessary files
- Compress images before uploading
- Archive completed projects to free space
- Set retention policies for built-in cleanup
- Download files before deleting for external backup
